The term “medical cannabis” includes cannabis flowers and cannabis extracts, as well as medicines made from cannabis ingredients that meet the requirements of the European Pharmacopoeia. The cultivation, cultivation and processing of cannabis plants for medical use are subject to the strict quality requirements of the EU GMP guidelines.
