Can4Med is a licensed pharmaceutical distributor for wholesale trade in medicinal products and
narcotics of group I-N, and is entitled to the wholesale of dried prescription drugs, including dried
products containing Δ9-trans-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) and cannabinoids (so called medical
cannabis), as well as mono extracts and full extracts containing Δ9-trans-tetrahydrocannabinol
(THC) and cannabinoids (so called medical cannabis) and other medicinal products and
pharmaceutical raw materials for pharmacy prescription in Poland.
Can4Med has authorization for wholesale trade in medicinal products in the meaning of art. 74 section 1 in connection with art. 72 section 1 of the Act of 6 September 2001. Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws 2020, item 944) and for wholesale trade in narcotics of I-N group in the meaning of art. 40 section 1 of the Act of 29th July 2005 on counteracting drug addiction (Journal of Laws 2020, item 2050).
Can4Med LLC is in possession of wholesale licenses which entitles it to trade in medicinal
products and pharmaceutical raw materials for sale via prescriptions in pharmacies throughout in Poland, with focus on raw materials containing psychotropic substances, including THC and
cannabinoids. Can4Med holds a general pharmaceutical wholesaler license which permits the marketing and distribution of narcotics for medical purposes (I-N group of medications) and allows the wholesaling of medicinal products and pharmaceutical raw materials for pharmacy
prescriptions.
Backed by an experienced and knowledgeable management team and staff, Can4Med is well- positioned to register and distribute cannabis products throughout Poland. Can4Med has a fully established partnership with a German licensed narcotics wholesaler allowing for the fluid trade of products through Poland and Germany.
All products offered by us are approved for marketing in Poland and manufactured under GMP
